This role involves a dynamic blend of client engagement, marketing strategies, and market analysis, primarily focusing on lead generation and customer relationship management.

  • Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Implement effective outreach strategies using email marketing, LinkedIn, business directories, and freelancing platforms like Upwork to generate leads. Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
  • Product & Service Expertise: Gain a comprehensive knowledge of our software services and products to convincingly convey their benefits to potential clients.
  • Inbound Lead Management: Efficiently manage and convert inbound leads, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
  • Market Insight & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and customer needs, collaborating with the Marketing team for targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, offering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Research & Analysis: Undertake detailed market research to identify high-potential prospects and develop effective market penetration strategies.
  • Tech Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends in software development and technology to understand client needs and market dynamics better.
